We will be performing some site maintenance on Friday August 24.
Please be advised some service interuption on that day is possible.

Clarification on Claims Status Definitions;

Pending:

this means Pro-Tech Seal may not have yet received all the required information to adjudicate your claim. Please review the notes if any from the Claims Manager.

Approved Pending Audit;      

This means your claim has been approved however you are not yet done. There are invoices or documentation required in order for Pro-Tech Seal to move your claim to the next step. Please review any notes from the Claims Manager. Once the claim reaches this point, you the dealer cannot make any changes to the claim amounts.

Submitted for Payment;        

this means the claim has been satisfied by our audit process and a payment cheque is forthcoming. Please be advised we cut claims cheques twice a month, on or about the 15th of the month and the end of the month.

Paid;                                    

the payment cheque is in the mail and should be received shortly. Please allow up to 10 days from the payment date for Canada Post to deliver your cheques.
